Onsite Coaching

A+ Virtual Learning offers onsite professional learning led by one of our subject matter experts. Onsite coaching includes leading large and smaller scale professional learning opportunities as well as providing shoulder-to-shoulder coaching to leaders and educators, both inside and outside the classroom.

These coaching cycles can focus on specific areas of impact such as school leadership, school improvement, curriculum implementation, literacy across all areas, research based instructional practices, and cultural proficiency and equity. We begin with a professional learning work plan and design a series of embedded support that align with your district or school needs.
